The RIMC prospectus contains comprehensive information about the college, including admission procedures, eligibility criteria, curriculum, and other important details for prospective cadets and their parents.
In accordance with the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the RIMC admission process has been revised with effect from the December 2026 examination cycle for admission to the July 2027 Term.
Revised age eligibility: 12½ to 14 years.
With effect from the December 2026 examination cycle, the application process shall be completely online. Candidates must register through the National Testing Agency (NTA) Portal, complete the online application and upload the prescribed documents within the stipulated timelines.
No hard copy of the application form is required to be submitted.
Application forms will not be available through RIMC or any State Government authorities.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NTA Portal and the RIMC Website for notifications, examination schedules, admit cards and other important updates.
Applicants should keep clear, scanned copies of the following documents ready for online registration:
Candidates desirous of purchasing the Previous 7 Years Question Papers Booklet (PYQP) may purchase it from RIMC for ₹300. The booklet will be dispatched by post.
Payment procedure:
The Previous 7 Years Question Papers booklet is separate from the online admission application. Candidates must complete their admission application through the NTA Portal.
The written examination shall be conducted at designated NTA Examination Centres across the country. Candidates should follow the NTA and RIMC notifications for examination-centre details, schedules and admit cards.
The above revised process is applicable from the December 2026 RIMC Entrance Examination for admission to the July 2027 Term.
